Dr. Tomasz Biernacki is proud to announce the publication of his first book “STOP Heel Pain: The New Secret Rules of Plantar Fasciitis”. This will be a comprehensive book for patients with accompanying videos and website on the new cutting-edge treatments for plantar fasciitis and heel pain.
Planar fasciitis has always been a quite common cause of heel pain. It is said that chronic heel pain will be experienced by roughly 10 to 40% of people in the world throughout their lifetime. Dr. Tomasz Biernacki says that “roughly 90% of that heel pain is caused by planar fasciitis. This means that there is a lot of people suffering from foot pain!”
Dr. Tomasz Biernacki states “while presenting at a conference and researching the cutting-edge literature on planar fasciitis, I realized that there is a poor consensus in treatment even among doctors.” He further states “I’m excited to show what we as podiatrists are able to accomplish to help people with their foot and ankle pain. The book “STOP Heel Pain: The New Secret Rules of Plantar Fasciitis” is due to be published in June 2020 electronic copy, paperback and audiobook.
