The National Infertility Association’s Night of Hope Gala to Support Fundraising for the Family Building Community

Shady Grove Fertility proudly sponsors RESOLVE’s virtual Night of Hope Gala on November 12, 2020.

“The Night of Hope Gala is an important event that celebrates the impact of advocates for the larger infertility community.”

Shady Grove Fertility (SGF) proudly extends its partnership with RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association as a Hope Award Sponsor at its premier Night of Hope Gala fundraising event, taking place virtually this year on November 12, 8:00-9:30 p.m. EST. While the event will be attended virtually from the comfort of attendees’ homes, RESOLVE’s goal is to raise substantial funds to further support its mission to advocate for anyone challenged with building their family.

The Night of Hope brings together more than 500 leaders and influencers in the family building community to “party for a purpose” and help make access to care a reality. Because 2020 is a year of lessons that we will never forget, RESOLVE designated this year’s theme for Night of Hope as “Back to the Future”.

Among those whose achievements impact access to care and awareness around infertility and are being honored with Hope Awards are Andy Cohen from BRAVO TV, Chloe Melas from CNN, and Serena Chen, M.D. Past Hope Award honorees include Starbucks, Bill and Giuliana Rancic, The View, National Public Radio, Target, LinkedIn, and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).

“We celebrate and appreciate our Hope Award honorees for their dedication to ensuring that all people challenged in their family building journey reach resolution through being empowered by knowledge, supported by community, united by advocacy, and inspired to act,” said Barbara Collura, RESOLVE’s President/CEO.

SGF Creates Awareness of Infertility with RESOLVE

As a home to more than 85,000 babies born to parents overcoming infertility, SGF believes in RESOLVE’s mission to broaden awareness of infertility and support those struggling with infertility with compassionate support and information.

Since establishing a partnership with RESOLVE, SGF has helped to raise not only awareness but also more than $200,000 through individual gifts and Walk Sponsorships for the annual Walks of Hope that support RESOLVE programming. This includes support groups, educational content, public awareness initiatives, and advocacy efforts to ensure that family building options are available to everyone.

“Infertility is a common struggle that people do not have to go through alone, and through the work of SGF and RESOLVE, we want to remind people of the many resources available and options that now exist to overcome infertility,” expresses Eric A. Widra, M.D., Chief Medical Officer at SGF, who will be presenting this year’s Hope Award for Advocacy. “The Night of Hope Gala is an important event that celebrates the impact of advocates for the larger infertility community.”
