In expanding its commitment to elevate the human experience in healthcare, The Beryl Institute introduces its inaugural Ambulatory Care Council.

In expanding its commitment to elevate the human experience in healthcare, The Beryl Institute introduces its inaugural Ambulatory Care Council. The Council consists of professionals committed to supporting expansion of the experience conversation in ambulatory care environments, defined as care provided in outpatient settings without admission to a hospital or other facility.
“There are unique challenges and opportunities specific to delivering exceptional experience in ambulatory care environments,” said Michelle Garrison, CPXP, Vice President, Membership, The Beryl Institute. “This Council will work collaboratively with the Institute’s staff to build programs and resources to elevate and support members of our community working in these environments.”
Complementing the Institute’s other boards and councils, Ambulatory Care Council members have demonstrated passion in patient experience within a healthcare provider organization. Members of the inaugural Council include:
