Stowell Associates Welcomes New Branch Manager

Stowell Associates is excited to announce Amy Mlot as Branch Manager for Stowell’s Racine and Kenosha offices. Mlot will oversee the day to day operations of the branches as well as oversee Stowell’s legislative initiatives and advocacy.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the long-term care field, Mlot’s expertise includes case management, policy development, quality improvement, human resources, and public relations. Before joining Stowell, she served as Director of Home Care Operations for Society’s Assets, Inc. and worked with the Center for Aging and Long-Term Care in Kenosha (now ADRC).

Mlot states “I am proud to help Stowell Associates expand their services into my hometown, to foster their caring and empathetic culture, and to create an exceptional client experience for every family we serve throughout the Southeast Wisconsin area.”

Ms. Mlot earned a BS in Human Development and Family Life from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She serves on the boards of the Wisconsin Personal Services Association, the Wisconsin Long-Term Care Workforce Alliance, and the Kenosha Long-Term Care Workforce Alliance. She is also a member of the Southeast Wisconsin Workforce Development Executive Board. As an active member of her community, Mlot serves on the Oak Creek-Franklin School District School Board and volunteers with the Oak Creek Franklin Foundation for Education.
