Silverado Frederick to Hold Grand Opening Alongside Company 25th Anniversary Event

Silverado Frederick Memory Care Community is pleased to announce that it will be celebrating two milestones with one event on Thursday, November 17 – the grand opening of the new community and a celebration of the 25th anniversary of the company’s founding. The event is scheduled to run from 4:00pm to 7:00pm, with an official ribbon cutting ceremony to be held at 5:00pm.

“As Silverado’s first location in Maryland, we’re dedicated to helping families understand the truly unique way Silverado cares for those living with memory impairments,” shares Sean Connor, the community’s Administrator. “To celebrate the company’s long history together with our entry into this new market is an exciting way to highlight the mix of fresh enthusiasm at our new community with the years of knowledge that have helped Silverado continue to expand,” he added.

The event will be hosted by the local Frederick leadership team as well as Silverado’s executive leadership team, who will be traveling to Maryland for the celebration. Guests will be treated to community tours, live entertainment and gourmet hors d’oeuvres prepared by the community’s culinary team.

Silverado Co-Founder, President & CEO Loren Shook will be in attendance to deliver brief remarks relating to both the new community and Silverado’s quarter century as an innovator in memory care. Shook, who co-founded the company in 1996, was inspired by the concept of providing a better quality of life and raising the standards of care for those living with memory impairments.
