SightMD, a leading multi-specialty ophthalmology platform is proud to announce that it has received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 84, based on a survey of over 5,750 patients since the survey launched in Q4 of 2022. Net Promoter Score is a customer experience metric that measures loyalty and is predictive of business growth. NPS is calculated by asking an initial survey question on a 0–10 rating scale. Then, the accumulated ratings are graded as one number between -100 and 100. This number expresses how customers perceive a company. A score of 84 is considered to be among the absolute best in their industry and is a testament to the high level of satisfaction that SightMD’s patients have with the practice.
