More than 94% of users reported a reduction in stress after the early release of SELF MIND in Japan.
NISHI-SHINJUKU, Japan (PRWEB)

SELF Inc. has released “SELF MIND” in the US App Store, an AI counseling application designed for iOS. SELF MIND is a counseling app that uses the company’s proprietary communication AI.
1. ”SELF MIND” is an app that systematizes counseling using communication AI
2. Users can experience counseling and stress-coping mechanisms through “communication with an AI”
3. More than 94% of users surveyed in earlier releases experienced a reduction in stress
The main experience in SELF MIND is communicating with an AI named Mark. Users can experience professionally backed counseling and mental health care methods by simply “having conversations with Mark”. Moreover, users do not have to think about what to say. Mark will provide the topic of conversation, and the user only needs to select the response option that suits them the most. Of course, if the user desires, they can proactively start a conversation with Mark as well.
More than 94% of users reported a reduction in stress after the early release of SELF MIND in Japan*. During the current pandemic, face-to-face counseling may be difficult to attend, and we believe the app serves as one alternative option to this issue.
*Surveys conducted within the app towards SELF MIND users.
Comment from the Development Team
SELF MIND is a cloud-based service, and it will therefore continue to evolve in the future. As we expand our knowledge of counseling and mental health care, as well as the development of AI technology, the speed of the app’s evolution will continue to accelerate. The SELF MIND development team is committed to improving our services in hopes that one day all people will be free from mental anxiety.
