77% of SCFHP employees said it’s a great place to work, according to a companywide survey. That’s 20 points higher than the average U.S. company based on the 2021 Great Place to Work® Global Employee Engagement Study.

Since 2020, SCFHP has implemented or expanded work- and life-growing opportunities for its now 350-plus employees. Some of those include:

  • Internal and external resources to maintain physical health. SCFHP has an on-site gym and sponsors a free YMCA membership for all its employees and their household. The company also offers digital resources and online fitness campaigns via our Ways to Wellness program, including Walktober, Worldwide Wellness, and Feel-Like-a Million.

SCFHP provides all employees and their households with access to professional services designed to help employees address issues that arise in everyday life, both at work and at home, in the form of counseling and additional resources with its Employee Assistance Program.
