The Salt Grotto is pleased to announce the addition of Salt Athletics to their wellness center serving the Brandon / Tampa Florida community. For many years The Salt Grotto has been offering their clients an amazing wellness center featuring halo therapy (dry salt inhalation therapy), along with other beneficial wellness practices such as massage and acupuncture. The addition of Salt Athletics will allow the Salt Grotto to further secure their standing as the most comprehensive halo therapy based wellness center in the greater Tampa area.

Salt Athletics features a patent-pending scientific wellness program that delivers a “stack” of advanced wellness protocols into a single 30-minute session, referred to as “Scientific Wellness”. Each Salt Athletics experience features complete coverage Mito Red Light systems as well as state of the art Halo Generators (dry salt therapy). During each Salt Athletics session users will receive a unique combination of near infrared light 850nm and far infrared light 660nm therapy and salt inhalation therapy. Red light therapy (near infrared-850nm / deep red-660nm) is known to benefit the following conditions:
