RAM Pavement is proud to announce that all of their workers have earned CPR certification and supervisors are now equipped with OSHA 30 training. Life-threatening emergencies can happen at any moment. Recently, during a Buffalo Bills game, player Damar Hamlin suffered a cardiac arrest on the field. Thankfully, with safety protocols in place, his life was saved, underscoring how vital it is for everyone to be prepared for these dangerous scenarios no matter the workplace. At RAM Pavement, health and safety are taken very seriously. The company is committed to having its staff prepared to respond to medical emergencies that arise on client job sites and in the office. To keep everyone safe, RAM Pavement is taking action to give their employees and supervisors the best safety training possible.

OSHA 30 certification is an intense, 30-hour, comprehensive course designed to equip supervisors and health and safety personnel with top-notch training to keep workplaces safe. The management at RAM Pavement wanted all supervisors to have this training. The course teaches them how to identify environmental hazards in the workplace so they can take measures to prevent problems. In addition, supervisors are equipped with strategies for general worksite safety to avoid common hazards. With this training, RAM Pavement can promote safer work environments.
RAM Pavement wants every single employee to make it home safely to their family at the end of the work day. The management believes that the company’s most valuable assets are its people. CPR certification gives them the power to save someone else’s life in any situation – in the workplace and in everyday life. This training also includes the knowledge of how to operate life-saving devices like AED’s (automated external defibrillators), the same device that saved Damar Hamlin’s life.
