The Conference Forum announced the 13th annual PODD: Partnership Opportunities in Drug Delivery conference will take place October 16-17 at the Westin Copley Place, in Boston, MA.

MIT’s Dr Robert Langer, a pioneer in the research and development of drug delivery technology, will discuss the state of innovation in the drug delivery industry.
Dr Al Sandrock, a leader in neurological R&D and CEO of Voyager Therapeutics is the Brain Delivery Keynote. Dr Sandrock will present on next generation AAV capsid technology as a targeted approach to gene therapy delivery to the brain.
Dr Marianne Ølholm, Senior Vice President, Devices and Delivery Solutions, Novo Nordisk, will join the PODD Conference as the Sustainability Keynote. Dr Ølholm will participate in a fireside discussion on Laying a Path for a More Sustainable Future in the Device R&D Space.
Topic areas for 2023 include: AI/ML and computational biology approaches to drug delivery, new approaches in CNS/PNS delivery, facilitating collaboration between formulation and device teams during combination product development, ophthalmic delivery, the future of digital technology in the connected device space, high-volume/high-concentration injectables and targeted delivery of gene editing technologies.
