Each October, Hallak Cleaners celebrates Pink Pride month by doing its part towards fighting breast cancer. This couture dry cleaner encourages their loyal clientele (and new) to show their pride by wearing pink all October long. Then, bring their rose-colored clothing in for professional fabric care.
Suggested Pink Pride Month Garments
- Blouses and shirts
- Skirts and pants
- Blazers and coats
- Casual and couture gowns
At the end of October, a portion of the proceeds from the cleaning of those pink items will then be donated. For the last several years, the community dry cleaner has been an active supporter of breast cancer awareness and its research. It is a topic that is very near and dear to them. This year has extra meaning as Hallak honors the memory of their matriarch, Mrs. Louise Hallak – a breast cancer survivor.
For many, October offers several opportunities to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Hallak Cleaners has two retail locations: 1232 Second Avenue in Manhattan and 172 Johnson Avenue in Bergen County. They also offer complimentary pick-up and delivery in Manhattan, Bergen County, the Short Hills neighborhood, Westchester and Greenwich. Hallak Cleaners is one of the Leading Cleaners Internationale; the dry cleaners meets the highest in cleaning standards.
