Phoenix Law Firm to Once Again Award Autism Scholarship

For the fifth time since 2015, the Kelly Law Team (KLT), a Phoenix personal injury law firm, will be offering an educational scholarship open to individuals with autism (autism spectrum disorder or ASD).

For the fifth time since 2015, the Kelly Law Team (KLT), a Phoenix personal injury law firm, will be offering an educational scholarship open to individuals with autism (autism spectrum disorder or ASD). In total, this will be the ninth educational scholarship awarded by the firm over the past 8 years. The scholarship, in the amount of $1,000, will be used to offset a portion of the tuition at a post-secondary educational institution selected by the recipient, including universities, colleges, junior colleges, as well as trade and vocational schools.

Individuals who are diagnosed with ASD face various challenges, among them communication difficulties which may have a profound effect on the educational process. It is the hope of founder John Kelly, as well as the entire Kelly Law Team, that by offering this scholarship they will provide an additional incentive for those individuals to continue their education past high school.

The scholarship contest is open to anyone who is a citizen of the United States diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (DSM-5), who wishes to continue their education beyond the secondary level. You need not be attending school at the time of the submission of your application for the scholarship, but the funds must be used within a year after the announcement of the award.

Applications must be submitted no later than December 20, 2023.
