The nonprofits included the United Way of Frederick County, the Frederick Rescue Mission, Blessings in a Backpack, and both Frederick and Montgomery County Humane Societies.
To make ICU Day even more special, Random Acts of Kindness were carried out at Nymeo branches and throughout the community. These acts included distribution of gift cards at branches and nearby grocery stores, with the aim of brightening people’s days in unexpected ways.
