Omoidasu have released the new version 2.0 of Tadayou, the meditation app on Dec, 2020. A function to visualize breath by swiping the screen is newly added.

Tadayou is a mobile application to support meditation and mindfulness, featured by the focus on the app functions instead of audio contents. It’s said that humans have over 6,000 thoughts in average every day (1). Our brain is always working, it never stops. Tadayou utilizes the features of smartphone to support users using visions, music, and operation to create moments without thinking of anything.

In the new version (2.0), a function to visualize breath by swiping the screen is newly added. Simply swipe the screen vertically in the rhythm of your breath in your meditation session and see the contractions of the circles and change of the background.

It’s important to focus on breathing in meditation, while it’s not such easy to focus only on breathing. By visualizing your breath on the screen, it’s easier to beware your own breath. Let’s have a try.
