NOTIFY announced today the version 1.5 release of its Nurse Call mobile app, now available in both the Android and iOS app stores. The latest version marks the most significant and robust update to date and includes key functionalities to make the app even more seamless and actionable.
The latest enhancements include:

Push to Talk: The addition of Push to Talk allows caregivers to simply press a button, talk and deliver a message to one or all other caregivers. This real-time voice communication is network agnostic, works from anywhere and allows caregivers to eliminate the expensive, unreliable hardware that they normally are forced to utilize. - Group Chat and Group Text: Users have the ability to text message other caregivers either individually or as a group inside the app, making it native and secure.
- Zone Escalation: Zone escalation now allows alerts to be escalated via text message, email, pager or inside the app. There are also enhanced customizations now available to direct where alerts go, where they’re delivered and at what times.
- Alert Reason Capture: Caregivers can now track how many alerts are health-related or not, allowing for improved workforce efficiencies and resident services.
NOTIFY Nurse Call 1.5 also includes technical improvements and enhancements to help fine-tune and streamline server synchronization, time zone configurations and more.
The release fully integrates with NOTIFY’s Dashboards in order help users dig deeper into the data to provide communities with documentation and accountability and drive workforce efficiencies.
