Talent+Talks, (BuzzSprout), is a podcast about Innovation and Leadership in Laboratory Medicine focused on Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Oncology, Genetics and Genomics, because these inspire us and drive the healthcare industry. The discussions are geared towards leaders in general and commercial agents, especially in the field of laboratory medicine.

Because of current market conditions brought by COVID-19, many are not able to get into the laboratories to do their jobs, provide new and innovative instrumentation, software and testing solutions to the medical markets, so this is where the podcast begins. Its inaugural guest is human efficiency expert David Rutherford. By delivering to you tangible, actionable ideas on how to lead, work, market, sell and thrive during these times, he will introduce new resources to you and deliver new ideas about how to achieve peak performance in the current market conditions.

David Rutherford served 8 years in the Naval Special Warfare Community as a SEAL student, combat paramedic, operator and instructor. Since his honorable discharge from the Navy in 2003, he continued traveling for another 7 years as a tactical training and security expert for the US Government and one of the largest private security firms in the world.

David has trained and inspired special operations units around the globe to push themselves past any and all known limitations. His masterful ability to motivate enables people from all walks of life to achieve success in any environment imaginable. David launched FrogLogic Concepts, LLC after a powerful experience during his second trip to Afghanistan in 2005. He is living his dream as an internationally known Motivational entrepreneur.
