The National Certification Corporation (NCC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Carol Wallman, DNP, APRN, NNP-BC as President of NCC. Directors are elected by constituents through a slate approval process and officers are appointed by the Board of Directors.
Dr. Wallman’s diverse leadership experience in clinical practice, academia, certification, and continuing education combined with her long-standing advocacy for professional certification has uniquely prepared her to serve as the President of NCC.

Dr. Wallman joined NCC’s Board of Directors in 2020 and has served on NCC’s NNP exam content team. She has also served as a volunteer with the National Association of Neonatal Nurses.
Dr. Wallman is the Associate Professor and Coordinator of the NNP Program at Loretta Heights School of Nursing in Regis University, Colorado.
For over 30 years, Dr. Willman has provided health care services caring for sick neonates and their families.
