“We are excited to partner with Clinica Sierra Vista to provide ThriveAP’s comprehensive and interactive training program to help further develop the skills of Clinica’s nurse practitioners,” said Chris Poole, CEO of ThriveAP.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (PRWEB)
July 22, 2020
ThriveAP, a Nashville-based education and training resource for Advanced Practice Providers and their employers throughout the US, announced today its selection by Clinica Sierra Vista, one of the nation’s largest Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) organizations, to enroll its family nurse practitioners (FNPs) into the company’s post-graduate certified education accredited training program.
ThriveAP’s educational programs help facilitate the growing impact of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in the delivery of healthcare throughout America and Clinica Sierra Vista’s new class will be the company’s largest to date.
Recent studies have identified APPs as the fastest growing segment of professional healthcare delivery and is the target group of students fueling ThriveAP’s growth and demand for its services.
Clinica Sierra Vista is a comprehensive healthcare organization serving the primary medical, dental and behavioral health needs of 200,000 people in the Central Valley of California. The organization is a Top 25 health care services organization among the almost 5,000 FQHCs in America.
“We chose ThriveAP to join this most recent training program class based on prior experience with their programs,” said Dr. Meave, Chief Medical Officer of Clinica Sierra Vista. “By relying on a single educational company, we are able to promote better health care and ensure the continuity of the care we provide. We are excited by the possibilities of enrolling a large class in what will be a year-long program led by a high-quality faculty, all delivered through the convenience and efficiency of ThriveAP’s digital learning program.”
“We are excited to partner with Clinica Sierra Vista to provide ThriveAP’s comprehensive and interactive training program to help further develop the skills of Clinica’s nurse practitioners,” said Chris Poole, CEO of ThriveAP. “The ongoing physician shortage and our nation’s shortfalls in delivering care has increased the reliance on advanced practice providers which, in turn, has led to growth in their employment and expansion of their autonomy and responsibility. As a result, employers are increasing their investments in training and education programs to support the importance of these professionals.”
