On October 23, 2022, Workplace Mental Health Therapist, Tamika Hill hosted an interactive seminar, “Beautifully Broken and Mending Well,” at Coopers Hawk Winery in Chicago to help professionals process the ongoing issues of mental wellbeing.
One out of four working professionals experience mental health problems. A nationwide behavioral health crisis has worsened as a result of the pandemic.
According to the American Psychological Association, leaders of major organizations are calling on CEOs to increase mental health support in the workplace.
Tamika Hill is a mental health professional who holds a licensed Clinical Social Worker MSW LCSW CAMS-II both in Illinois and Indiana. She offers counseling and trauma training to help everyday heroes manage stress, reduce burnout, and boost productivity.
