MilliporeSigma’s Food and Beverage week is a three-day event highlighting three renowned speakers. Kicking off the presentations, Timothy Cser, Sr. Technology Specialist at MilliporeSigma, will be speaking on “Environmental Monitoring Tools to Measure Microbiological Control in the Food Industry.” Dr. Matthias Nold, Product Manager of Reference Materials at MilliporeSigma will speak to “Reference Materials: An Introduction to quality grades and an overview on the different types for Food and Beverages,” and Justyce Jedlicka, Food & Beverage Regulatory Liaison at MilliporeSigma will finish off the presentations by touching on “2020 Food & Beverage Regulatory Trends, Impact and Next Steps.”

This virtual event will include recorded product demonstrations and live chats with technology specialists in an interactive environment, providing the ability to ask valuable questions and encounter thought-provoking discussions. Additionally, the event will include virtual booths centered around Microbiology, Chemical analysis, Lab Water, Innovation, and Thanking Food Heroes.
