Ms. Morgan went to school at California State University, Chico, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and a Minor in Criminal Justice, with distinction in 2017. She went on to earn a law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2020. Attorney Morgan was officially admitted to the bar in 2021 and is a current member of the State Bar of California and Phi Alpha Delta.
