Supporting Managed Services Clients With 14 Years Experience

Mainstream Technologies is pleased to announce the hiring of Ben Pense as Senior Managed Services Engineer. He will be providing support for managed service clients, which can range from simple workstation issues to complex matters related to client servers and network infrastructure.

Before joining Mainstream, Pense was with the city of Ft. Smith for 10 ½ years where he began as an IT support specialist and rose to Enterprise Architect. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems-Networking from the U of A/Ft. Smith. Prior to that, he graduated from the Arkansas School for Math, Science and Arts in Hot Springs.

Ben, his future wife and their two daughters live in Ft. Smith as he works remotely for Mainstream. He enjoys playing the guitar when he has time.

According to Justin Leavell, Director of IT: “Ben adds extensive networking knowledge and senior level experience to our team, making it even stronger than it was before.”
