Award-winning entrepreneur Liz Bloomfield—an international speaker and leading social impact and well-being coach—is proud to present her “Energized Impact” program. Bloomfield’s coaching empowers impact-driven professionals from all walks of life—including educators, healthcare workers, humanitarians, military personnel, caregivers, and visionary leaders. The result is that these dedicated and service-driven changemakers transform their lives by reconnecting with their purpose, supercharging their energy levels, and accelerating their impact.
Following 20 years in the military, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, Bloomfield says of launching her program, “Many people live their lives with a strong sense of purpose, yet something is still missing. They are juggling so many aspects of their lives that they are exhausted, often falling into poor self-care habits. The “Energized Impact” coaching program provides a personal roadmap to a fulfilling life, enabling clients to let go of thinking and behaviors that no longer serve them.”
Using iPEC Core Energy Coaching™, Bloomfield works one-to-one with her clients over a four-month period to take them to higher levels of happiness. She leverages the power of storytelling to connect inner purpose and passions with everyday actions, to bring about life-changing results. She guides clients in reframing their internal narratives by exploring subconscious stories.
Bloomfield’s clients are creating positive change in the world—from educators, medical practitioners, and social workers to humanitarians. Due to the demands and stress of these fields, they often get to a point of burnout, where they feel that their only option is to leave their work behind.
Bloomfield emphasizes, “The world needs these dedicated and service-driven professionals, now more than ever, so I’m personally committed to helping them re-discover the joy they felt at the start of their careers. Job satisfaction gets worn away over time, so the most important element is to get them reconnected with their purpose.”
As a former British Army officer serving in Iraq, turned corporate executive, and then humanitarian responder, Bloomfield has worked with purpose-driven leaders and changemakers across the globe.
She has witnessed first-hand the negative outcomes when people who are deeply committed to serving others lose their sense of self. She has also personally experienced how life transitions, such as becoming a parent, impacted her own identity and values.
Bloomfield adds, “We dig honestly and objectively into the client’s energy and mental programming, in order to assess who they are and who they want to become. We craft a new story that catapults them toward their goals and elevates their energy to levels that they’ve never experienced before!”
