Liberty IT Solutions Awarded $5.6M Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21 Real Time Location System (RTLS) Asset Tracking (AT) and Site-Server Support Contract


Liberty IT Solutions LLC (Liberty), which specializes in Health Information Technology, has been awarded a 4-year (12-month Base Period plus three 12-month Option Periods) Task Order (TO) by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA). Liberty will be performing RTLS Asset Tracking and site-server support to VA’s VISN 21 network of seven (7) medical centers. The VISN 21 medical centers use RTLS to track the location of medical equipment and supplies to improve clinical workflow. Under this award, Liberty will deliver comprehensive RTLS sustainment solutions for preventative, adaptive, and corrective maintenance, as well as training support to accomplish the key objectives of the RTLS program. These objectives include implementing clinical efficiencies, maximizing equipment usage, and improving the overall delivery of healthcare to our nation’s Veterans.
