The founder of Genious Communications, Sushi Express, SmartVPN, and Food on Demand candidly shares the adventures, challenges, disappointments, and successes of his personal and professional lives in this witty and sincere 280-page narrative that takes readers from Marrakech to Paris, and Burning Man to Mecca.
At only 34, Hamza Aboulfeth decided to write his own autobiography to share his unusual and vibrant pathway, from being a “trouble child” who hated school, to succeeding at managing numerous enterprises in tech and food. With wonder, optimism, and charming self-awareness, he recounts the ups and downs of his life, including a game-changing cancer diagnosis before age 30, in an account that’s sure to inspire readers seeking motivation, courage, and their own unique path in life.
About the writing experience, Aboulfeth says: “Those three months writing the book were very busy. I worked all day, weekends included. I started at 8 a.m. and finished at midnight sometimes. I had one objective: to make this book come alive.”
Regarding the possibility of writing another book, Aboulfeth stated, “Writing your autobiography at 34 is certainly unusual, but as they say, no one knows what tomorrow holds. If I’m still alive at 68, maybe I’ll write another autobiography about the second season of my life.”
On his choice to write the book in English, his third language, Aboulfeth added: “I chose to write it in English because I want to share the experience of a Moroccan entrepreneur beyond borders.”
The book From Startupper to Cancer Fighter will launch on 10.10.2020. It will be available on Amazon in paperback and Kindle formats.
