The Indiana Health Care Association and the Illinois Health Care Association are pleased to congratulate Julie Simpkins, chief operating officer for Gardant Management Solutions, on her appointment to the National Center for Assisted Living’s (NCAL) Board of Directors for the 2022-2023 term.
Gardant Management Solutions has been a longstanding member of Indiana and the Illinois Health Care Association and we are so pleased to have Julie represent both states at the national level.
Simpkins has more than 30 years of experience in the senior living industry, extraordinary professional accomplishments and relentless passion for our field. Julie has held several leadership positions including serving on the IHCA/INCAL board, serving as the NCAL State Leader Chair and as a member of NCAL Finance and Regulatory committee.
