Jorge Fernandez-Silva, M.D., has been an outstanding addition to the Physician Partners of America Melbourne clinic for almost three years now. PPOA is happy to announce that Dr. Fernandez-Silva will expand his practice to Pain Relief Centers Orlando facility clinic, an affiliate of Physician Partners of America. The clinic is located at 1724 33rd St #200 (west entrance) Orlando, FL 32839.
Dr. Fernandez-Silva is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology with subspecialty certification in pain medicine. His practice focuses on comprehensive interventional pain management which can include minimally invasive procedures to treat a wide range of conditions.
Born in Miami, Dr. Fernandez-Silva attained his undergraduate degree from Florida International University and his medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. Following his internship in general surgery, he completed training in anesthesia and pain medicine at the State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Department of Anesthesia where he also served as chief resident.
Dr. Fernandez-Silva dedicated 20 years in private practice in South Florida before coming to Physician Partners of America. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and is proud to be able to provide care to all patients in need. He is passionate about offering many forms of pain care, and looks forward to serving the needs of patients in Merritt Island and Orlando.
