Industry Veteran to Helm Enterprise Sales Strategy

Critical Alert, a leading provider of enterprise-class patient communications software for hospitals and health systems, today announced that it has appointed Wil Lukens as VP of Sales to lead the company’s global sales team to its next stage of development and growth.

Lukens joins Critical Alert from CenTrak where, for the past twelve years, most recently as Chief Commercial Officer, he led the provider of location and sensing services to a market-leading position. Among other achievements during his tenure, CenTrak grew revenues at a CAGR of greater than 70%, expanded the installed base to over 1700 facilities, achieved the KLAS Category Leader award for three consecutive years and was recognized by Gartner as a leader in indoor location services. Prior to CenTrak, Lukens held senior-level positions in healthcare sales and general management at PanGo Networks, later acquired by Innerwireless, now part of Black Box, as well as other healthcare technology companies.
