Through our legacy investor group, we quickly raised these funds to finance our multiple growth initiatives

Health Advocates Network Holdings Corp., a provider of quality clinical and non-clinical staffing solutions to healthcare systems nationwide, today announced its successful completion of its second-round equity raise totaling $8,400,000, including co-investment by management. This equity raise, as in its first equity round, was upsized due to strong investor interest.
“Through our legacy investor group, we quickly raised these funds to finance our multiple growth initiatives,” stated Kevin Little, Chairman, CEO and co-founder of Health Advocates Network. “We are fortunate to again receive such overwhelming support from our existing shareholders, and in short order,” added Eddie Albert, co-founder and Director of Mergers & Acquisitions. The company also closed on a credit facility with JP Morgan Chase in 2021.
As Health Advocates Network completes its second year of business, it has quickly established a strong reputation for quality and excellence, as evidenced by being recognized by Modern Healthcare’s 2021 Best Company to Work For in Healthcare, Staffing Industry Analysts 2021 Best Staffing Firm to Work For, Florida Trend’s 2021 Best Companies to Work for in Florida, and ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing 2021 for Employee, Talent and Client Satisfaction. The company’s Acclivity Healthcare brand has also been recognized by Top Companies to Work for in Arizona for 2021. Health Advocates Network earned certification by The Joint Commission in 2021.
The company continues to execute its aggressive growth plan building de novo divisions supplemented by strategic acquisitions with regional and vertical line focus. “The operating performance of our two acquisitions along with six organically built business units has exceeded our expectations,” stated Kevin Little. “The hard work and dedication of our talented and experienced staffing professionals at all levels of our organization have enabled us to quickly become a trusted staffing partner to facilities during a period in which healthcare systems are challenged to respond to the continuing COVID pandemic.” The company now has national platforms providing Allied, Governmental, Correctional, Non-Clinical, and Travel Nurse staffing, as well as three regional hubs in the Northeast, Southeast and West primarily providing nursing services.
Health Advocates Network plans to close its next acquisition in Q1 2022, and a third-round capital raise is planned for 2022.
