About Dr. Angelo Gousse

The heart of Gousse Urology is Dr. Angelo Gousse, a premier bladder health physician and one of Florida’s most renowned reconstructive urologists. He has paved the way for the clinic’s continued medical successes. He founded the Bladder Health & Reconstructive Urology Institute and revolutionized treatment of overactive bladder by pioneering the use of Botox and Axonics Sacral Nerve Modulation.

Dr. Gousse earned his Bachelor’s degree at York College, City University of New York in Queens, New York. He obtained his medical doctorate with a Magna Cum Laude at the Yale School of Medicine in New Haven. Dr. Gousse obtained a postdoctoral fellowship at UCLA in urodynamics, female urology, and pelvic-floor reconstruction.

He has published over 70 articles in reputable urology research journals and is an editor of many scientific urologic journals. Dr. Gousse currently serves as the director of female pelvic medicine and reconstructive urology at Memorial Hospital Miramar.
