Gensuite and Enhesa Extend Partnership to Offer Product Regulatory & Chemical Compliance Insight Services

“We are excited to extend our partnership with the Enhesa team in offering our combined expertise to help our customers better prepare for and respond to emerging regulations that impact their ability to manufacturer and place product on various markets globally,”

Gensuite, the cloud-based compliance and management systems software solutions provider and Enhesa, a leading provider of global regulatory content and intelligence for EHS compliance, announced an extension of their partnership to include support for Product and Chemical Regulatory monitoring and business impact tracking.

For nearly 20 years, Gensuite and Enhesa have been providing clients easy access to Enhesa’s comprehensive Environment, Health and Safety compliance intelligence via a seamless integration into Gensuite’s platform. Within the extended partnership, Enhesa’s Product Compliance Forecaster service is now added into the Gensuite Product Stewardship and Reg Tracker modules enabling customers to anticipate product regulation changes and stay on top of evolving product-related issues with a clear, centralized view of high-impact topics.

Through Enhesa’s Forecaster service, clients will be able to track all chemical thresholds, restrictions, and other management requirements for placing their products on the market globally. The addition of Product Stewardship requirements to Gensuite Reg Tracker couldn’t come at a better time. With the proliferation of product/chemical regulatory obligations, including, for example, the EU Water Framework Directive (SCIP Reporting) looming in January 2021, many businesses need a helping hand to understand the new regulations and how to prepare for and adapt to them. In addition, this service can be extended to manage industrial and consumer electronics compliance developments around the world, including those for components, batteries, and packaging.

“Adding the full scope of our time-saving regulatory guidance on product stewardship to our current combined offering with Gensuite will bring even more value to our extensive joint customer base,” said Peter Schramme, Enhesa’s CEO. “Integrating our chemical and electronics forecaster service will help Gensuite clients identify potential product compliance risks and impact from every angle while keeping teams aligned thanks to standardized reporting capabilities.”

“We are excited to extend our partnership with the Enhesa team in offering our combined expertise to help our customers better prepare for and respond to emerging regulations that impact their ability to manufacturer and place product on various markets globally,” said Donavan Hornsby, VP & Strategy Executive at Gensuite. “Our approach to product compliance and stewardship has been to work with our subscribers to continuously evolve the digital solution in alignment with the regulatory landscape and their business priorities. This extended service will be critical in helping them better inform supply chain, product design, and other key decisions.”
