Foria Announces New Executive Team To Lead Brand Growth


This week, Jon Brandon, CEO & Co-Founder of plant-based sexual wellness company Foria, is excited to introduce a new executive team, strategically assembled to fuel the next phase of the company’s growth. Foria welcomes Liz Dolinski as Chief Marketing Officer who will work alongside Gemma DePalma (newly promoted to Chief Operating Officer).

The new executive team will lead the brand’s next chapter of national and international growth through a dynamic omnichannel strategy that includes both e-commerce and wholesale. They’ll also oversee innovation, product development, internal company evolution, strategic partnerships, and more.

As CMO, Liz Dolinski will lead Foria’s go-to-market strategy, including brand vision, creative direction, and content, as well as wholesale and direct-to-consumer streams. A seasoned marketing executive, Liz has led multiple emerging brands in making the leap from startup to fully scaled company. Prior to Foria, Liz was Chief Growth Officer at the DTC sleepwear brand Lunya, where she was responsible for all revenue-driving departments. Liz joined Foria based on her belief that the brand’s products provide life-changing experiences for its customers –– she brings a wealth of experience across marketing strategy, ecommerce, advertising, retail marketing, partner marketing, budgets, contracting, and more.

Additionally, Gemma DePalma has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. She joined the Foria team in 2019 as Chief Supply Chain Officer, managing and maintaining executive leadership over the full supply chain team. In her new COO role, Gemma will be responsible for designing and implementing policies to promote company culture and vision. She will harness her expertise and deep understanding of Foria’s values to achieve its ambitious goals while maintaining the brand’s commitment to clean ingredients, sustainable packaging, and accessible education.

Kiana Reeves, who has been integral to Foria’s success over the past five years, will shift to Chief Content Officer. A somatic sex educator, certified sexological bodyworker, pelvic health practitioner and certified doula, Reeves has been practicing in the field of sexual wellness and female reproductive health for over 10 years and has a lifelong passion for sexual wellness and plant-based medicine. Her commitment to promoting open dialogue around pleasure and helping people feel more connected to their own sexual experiences and their bodies ultimately led her to become a voice for Foria. She harnesses her certifications and qualifications to help drive Foria’s content and brand education.

Jon is committed to building socially responsible companies that create innovative products designed to make meaningful impacts in people’s lives. That commitment led him to co-found Foria in 2014.
