“Because trust in leadership and communication are two keystones to an engaged culture, how leaders respond to this crisis and interact with employees over the coming weeks and months will have a lasting impact on their employer brand,” said Doug Claffey, Energage founder and chief strategy officer

Energage, the leader in helping organizations establish and maintain connection with its employees, today announced it has launched a series of survey question packs that enable organizations to keep the lines of communication open with employees and gather actionable feedback to inform mission-critical decisions. As the current situation continues to evolve, The Energage Operational Readiness Survey Packs offer scientifically based questions that make it easy for organizations to connect with employees, gather crucial feedback, and help them adapt accordingly to keep operations running, maintain productivity, and ensure employees are engaged.

“Because trust in leadership and communication are two keystones to an engaged culture, how leaders respond to this crisis and interact with employees over the coming weeks and months will have a lasting impact on their employer brand,” said Doug Claffey, Energage founder and chief strategy officer. “Drawing on our 14-year history of survey expertise, we immediately rolled up our sleeves to develop key questions that would arm leaders with data crucial to maintaining productivity and ensuring employees feel heard. By gathering feedback directly from employees, organizations can be confident their decisions are informed and aligned with employees and the company culture.”
