Energage Launches Podcast Series; Offers Tips to Maintain Connection With Employees as Pandemic Evolves

“This crisis will have many phases, all of which will require companies to keep the lines of communication open with what is the most disparate workforce this economy has ever experienced,” said Doug Claffey, Energage founder and chief strategy officer.

Energage, the leader in helping companies measure, shape, and showcase their culture through a fully unified SaaS platform, today announced it has launched a free, on-demand podcast series aimed at helping organizations maintain a connection with employees as the COVID-19 pandemic evolves.

“This crisis will have many phases, all of which will require companies to keep the lines of communication open with what is the most disparate workforce this economy has ever experienced,” said Doug Claffey, Energage founder and chief strategy officer. “Our business was founded 14 years ago with the purpose of making the world a better place to work together. It is in that spirit that we are working hard to create content and solutions that provide organizations the support they need to effectively manage the employee experience.”

The podcast series will feature Claffey, as he offers organizations tips around how to best gather feedback from employees during such an uncertain, dynamic, and complex situation. The episodes, focused on delivering actionable tips, will be no more than three minutes long, and released frequently to help organizations focus their efforts and adapt quickly to fast-changing conditions. Subscribers will be alerted when a new episode is posted.
