Eagle Telemedicine, the leader in technology-enabled inpatient care for sustainable healthcare resilience, today announced that it has added Caryn Bremer as Vice President, Licensing and Credentialing. A medical industry customer service leader, Bremer brings decades of operational, customer service and physician training and services expertise to the Eagle team.
“Caryn has extensive experience in delivering valuable process improvements and provider training programs that inspire physician productivity and engagement,” said Jason Povio, President and Chief Operating Officer, Eagle Telemedicine. “Her track record of licensing and credentialing success will help accelerate our growth into new regional markets and practice areas. It’s an honor to welcome such a visionary leader to the Eagle team.”
Bremer joins Eagle from IN Compass Health where she most recently served as Vice President of Physician Services. During her 20-year tenure at IN Compass Health, she served as a Med-Mal claims management liaison, developed training processes for providers and staff, and has implemented hospitalist programs throughout the U.S. Key among her responsibilities was to activate provider credentialing and privileges, build compliance programs for efficient claims management and educate patients and primary care physicians on hospitalist services. Prior to IN Compass Health, Bremer served in healthcare training and operations leadership roles with Predict/Just Medicine, Simione Central National, Central Home Health Services and Dekalb Medical Center. Bremer was a psychology major at Georgia State University.
“Eagle is perfectly positioned to deliver the specialized inpatient physician services today’s health systems so desperately need during a pivotal time of staffing shortages in our healthcare industry,” said Bremer. “Attracting and retaining skilled physicians is more challenging than ever. By expanding the reach of telemedicine to support the hospitals requirements both regional and metropolitan hospitals have, Eagle is making a significant difference in patient outcomes across the nation. I am thrilled to join such a talented team and look forward to bringing my years of experience optimizing physician productivity and licensing compliance to help further Eagle’s expansion.”
As Eagle’s Vice President, Licensing and Credentialing, Bremer reports directly to Povio.
