Dr. Gary Frishman of Boston IVF Named A 2023 Top Fertility Doctor in Rhode Island

Boston IVF, a worldwide leader of fertility treatment and family building, is pleased to announce that reproductive endocrinologist Gary N. Frishman, MD(he/him) has been selected by Rhode Island Monthly as a 2023 Top Fertility Doctor in Rhode Island.

Dr. Frishman has been named a Top Fertility Doctor in every Rhode Island Monthly’s Top Doctor article since the award’s inception in 1992.

Rhode Island Monthly’s Top Doctors are elected through a highly competitive peer selection process, with Rhode Island licensed physicians and clinicians selecting the most experienced, trustworthy, and empathetic candidates across 50 specialties.

Dr. Frishman, a double board-certified reproductive endocrinologist at Boston IVF, treats individuals and couples alongside fellow reproductive endocrinologist Kerri Luzzo, MD at the fertility network’s new, state-of-the-art IVF center in Providence, RI (148 W River Street #6).

He has received numerous teaching awards from Brown University, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology (CREOG), and the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics (APGO), amongst others.

Dr. Frishman is an active member in several surgical societies —including the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) — and served as president for both the Society for Reproductive Surgeons and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL). Furthermore, he has held positions for internationally renowned journals such as The Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and the Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynecology.

A long-time Rhode Island resident, Dr. Frishman is also a Clinical Professor of OB/GYN at Brown University’s Warren Alpert Medical School, where he teaches the next generation of fertility doctors. Additionally, he has served on the boards of Big Sisters of Rhode Island, Day One Rhode Island, City Year Providence, and Rhode Island Blood Center’s Advocacy Board.
