DOSS, A Proptech Startup, Adds Another A-Lister To Their ALL-STAR Lineup Of Advisors

Different from the current real estate search engines that are built on Graphical User Interfaces(GUI) that require its users to click and tap pre-filtered boxes that render basic results, DOSS is built on a voice-activated Intelligent User Interface(IUI) that’s aiming to radically evolve the way people search and transact real estate online. Users can speak, text, or type any question about any property in the country to get accurate, easy, and instant answers to make the best decision about the biggest purchase most people make in their lives… a house!

Preparing for a late April 2021 launch, DOSS has just added another A-Lister to their ALL-STAR lineup of Advisors. Currently, our Advisors include Richard Mendenhall and Russ Capper. Richard is a beloved Ex-National Association of REALTORS® President in 2001. In his position, he led and oversaw over 800,000 REALTORS® throughout the United States. Russ was Zillow before Zillow! Mr. Capper launched the world’s first real estate search engine that featured Multiple Listing Service(MLS) homes on the internet in the late 1990’s. In 2004, his company eRealty was acquired by Prudential Financial Inc.

Joining the DOSS Advisory Team is Dr. Joan Palmiter Bajorek. A resident of Seattle, Dr. Bajorek is the CEO and Founder of Women in Voice (WIV). Ex-Nuance Sr. Conversational Designer, data-driven researcher, and voice technologist, Dr. Bajorek has 8+ years of experience in both the execution and strategy of conversational AI products across enterprise, agency, and startup projects. She was named the #4 Voice AI Influencer by Voicebot.ai and an Alexa Champion by Amazon Alexa. Dr. Bajorek has spoken at CES, VOICE Summit, GeekGirlCon, VentureBeat, Rosetta Stone, Women Who Code, Dashbot’s SuperBot, Women Techmakers Tucson Hackathon, and iSpace Tech Talks at UA.

At DOSS, Dr. Joan Palmiter Bajorek will advise the Conversational Team from a linguistic, research, and user-experience perspective. Her rich experience, leadership, and input will help ensure that the team at DOSS creates a magical experience for our users that users will enjoy for years to come.
