“We are excited to introduce DiabetesSisters #AccessMatters guides to women in Spanish-speaking communities who live with any type of diabetes,” said Anna Norton, MS, CEO of DiabetesSisters.

DiabetesSisters is pleased to announce its newly updated #AccessMatters guides to its online Educational Library. These valuable resources have been updated with support from the Boehringer Ingelheim and Lilly Alliance, Dexcom, Insulet Corporation, Janssen, and Sanofi.

The #AccessMatters series covers five essential subjects:

  • CEO of Your Health
  • Choosing a Healthcare Plan
  • Non-Medical Switching
  • Prior Authorizations, Step Therapy, and Appeals
  • Advocacy

The series also introduces each guide in Spanish, impacting yet another community of people living with diabetes. Along with our supporters, DiabetesSisters continues to support and educate people living with different types of diabetes, including those in historically marginalized communities.

“We are excited to introduce DiabetesSisters #AccessMatters guides to women in Spanish-speaking communities who live with any type of diabetes,” said Anna Norton, MS, CEO of DiabetesSisters. “Our resources, available to download in English or Spanish, are free to anyone who wants to learn about important issues for women living with diabetes.”
