Darrin Poole Joins ESO as Vice President of Customer Experience

ESO, the leading data and software company serving emergency medical services (EMS), fire departments, hospitals, and state EMS/trauma offices, today announced Darrin Poole has been named Vice President of Customer Experience and Site Lead for ESO’s Des Moines location. Poole brings more than 30 years of experience leading strategic initiatives tied to customer growth, customer experience and customer satisfaction to help organizations create a sustained competitive advantage.

Prior to ESO, Poole was Vice President, Customer Experience at ClearAction Continuum, a SaaS technology company that helps companies increase employee engagement across marketing and customer experience professionals. He created customer-centric strategies for global enterprise companies to help increase customer retention, share of wallet and brand loyalty by deploying and increasing the maturity of omni-channel “Voice of the Customer” programs. Poole previously performed in consulting leadership roles where he led marketing and business process initiatives for global companies, including Adobe Systems, Microsoft and HP Enterprise. Poole graduated from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill with a degree in economics, where he was a Morehead-Cain Scholar.
