Haris Beha – Director of Engineering
Haris Beha joins cieo24 as Director of Engineering, bringing with him a successful track record of leading software engineering teams across a diverse spectrum of industries. Most recently, Beha was a Principal Consultant for an IT Services firm specializing in infrastructure stability and cost reduction. Prior to that, he worked in the healthcare space driving optimizations and advising leadership on best practices regarding HIPAA compliance.

Beha will now be responsible for identifying critical avenues for business growth, guiding the engineering team in efficiently developing and supporting essential products, and driving innovation efforts to improve the lives of individuals who rely on accessible videos.
Through his data-driven approach to management, coupled with extensive experience in migrating essential systems, cielo24 is positioned to continue to deliver solutions that add value to customers, partners, and end-users alike.
Beha holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Florida.
Edwin Vega – Director of Customer Success
Edwin Vega has been promoted to Director of Customer Success. He joined the company in 2016 as a Product Specialist after working in the music industry for many years. He quickly rose through several supervisory and management positions and has credited his creative background for helping him to understand the customers’ needs when it comes to captioning, transcription and media data solutions. He has been responsible for operations, customer support, and client services. His dedication to building strong relationships with cielo24 customers paved the way to building their current Customer Success Team.

Additionally, Vega will continue to provide account management to select clients, especially in the Education & Media segments.
Vega holds a B.A degree from the Mike Curb College of Arts, Media, and Communication at California State University, Northridge.
