For the past eight years, Shannon has been serving the organization in various sales and expansion consulting projects across Tennessee. In her new administrative role at CFM, Mrs. Haynes will be responsible for expanding the CFM platform through acquisition of healthcare practices in the region.

“We are growing at a fast pace due to the many challenges in the healthcare industry including hospitals and medical services leaving the rural areas of many states,” says Haynes. “CFM is in a unique position to be able to invest in other clinics through acquisition and we also help clinics with consulting and succession planning if needed,” she says.
