Sylvia Gross’s newly released “Chosen, Listen, Respond” is an engaging exploration of spiritual growth and evangelism

News Image

“Chosen, Listen, Respond”: a potent reminder of the importance of keeping God present in one’s life. “Chosen, Listen, Respond” is the creation of published author Sylvia Gross.

Gross shares, “Considering a submission to the guided directions of God, here stands His affirmation that is transmitted on behalf of the Holy Spirit. Remain vigilant in belief, faith, and being obedient to listening and hearing the voice of God as a chosen vessel.

“God describes His architectural structure as one willing to listen while being thoroughly engaged with the spiritual ups and downs in the process without deflecting. He oversees the love, endurance, integrity, and leadership fulfilled within the designation enlighten with free will. God brings comparison of the structure leading in the evangelical apostleship by the natural free will self-controlled and to the spiritual free will responding to the Holy Spirit. It is through submitting obedience to God’s visionary revelation expressing, ‘Don’t lose your structure’ from titling of Chosen, Listen, Respond.

“The book denotes without any hesitation to seek God first from an empty vessel which is prepared and ready to fulfill service. The book is also a mentoring solution to surfacing issues and problems such as the following:

  • When surrounded by great diversity entangling bad and good collaboration, look for the more effective righteous collaboration directed by God while in pray.
  • Though awkward situations may arise leading to degrade and destroy the structure, continue to look toward the righteous narrow pathway while fasting, reading, and meditating in pray for healing.
  • Often, issues linger within a vessel tired of the old manipulated ways, forgetting and looking back, reminiscing and struggling to define the new chapter. The vessel must generate desperation for something better through a committed and intimate godly relationship focusing with a spiritual mentality and less natural in the pursuit of critical and logical changes.

“To readers of Chosen, Listen, Respond, a process of change begins from the heart which first hears and acts upon the Word of God. These elements such as character, comprehension, conscience, godly power, knowledge, patient ability, and self-control when faithfully maintained will highlight a progressive change occurrence. Thus, believers honestly submitting to the Word of God and the Holy Spirit in love, endurance, integrity, and leadership solidify their change in the spiritual structure.”

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Sylvia Gross’s new book is a thought-provoking discussion of key Christian tenets.

Gross writes in hopes of helping others to find and nurture a strong connection with faith and God’s grace.

Kim Blackwell Is All Set To Launch Her New Book “From Stroke to Recovery: My Walk with God: A Guide to Recovery.”

After her miraculous recovery, Kim is committed to sharing her process of recovery that did wonders for her.

Kim Blackwell was a 51-year-old active, independent, healthy, and Christian woman who was doing what she loved running an art business and working with a travel company. However, her life changed on that fateful day of October 8th 2008, when she suffered a massive stroke. Through her new book “From Stroke to Recovery: My Walk with God: A Guide to Recovery,” Kim Blackwell aims to share her amazing journey of how she made a miraculous recovery thanks to her faith and trust in God, knowing that he would help her walk through the many challenges that they faced over the years.

It is a testimony to her determination and perseverance that she was able to endure all the hardships and still obtain what she needed to make her life whole again. Today, she has everything from income, health, and transportation and only has God to thank for it. The truth is that life is not against us, but we are being encouraged to conquer all the trauma and trials to grow into the person God has destined us to be!”

Shincheonji Church of Jesus Begins its Seminar to Unravel the Secrets of Heaven

Chairman Lee Man-hee testifying to the Secrets of Heaven

I am not God, Jesus, or the Lord of a religion. I was just a farmer from the countryside, but Jesus chose me one day and showed me how the prophecies became fulfilled. This is my testimony,

On January 3, 2022, Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Chairman Lee Man-hee, “Shincheonji Church”) started its lecture series on explaining the parables of the Bible, which is key to understanding heaven’s secrets.

Chairman Lee Man-hee of Shincheonji Church was the first lecturer for “Shincheonji Online Seminar: Testimony on the Parables of the Secrets of Heaven and Their True Meanings,” which broadcasted on the church’s official YouTube channel. During his lecture, Chairman Lee explained in detail why the secrets of heaven were written in parables, why we must understand the parables’ true meanings and how we can.

During his lecture, Chairman Lee first explained why the prophecies of the Bible are written in parables by saying, “God said in Psalm 78 to tell the future generations the hidden things from of old by speaking in parables. This is why Jesus came and spoke in parables regarding the prophecies of Revelation and the four gospels.”

Chairman Lee also said, “It says in the Bible that things will not remain as parables forever, but there comes a time when things will be spoken plainly—this is when the prophecies in parables become fulfilled.” He added, “The true entities of the prophecies appear once they are fulfilled. These true entities will be revealed in the future lectures.”

“I am not God, Jesus, or the Lord of a religion. I was just a farmer from the countryside, but Jesus chose me one day and showed me how the prophecies became fulfilled. This is my testimony,” Chairman Lee said. “Jesus chose one person to be his messenger and had him see, hear, and testify to all the events of Revelation for the churches. The Tribe Leaders have been testifying to such content recently (through the Revelation seminars).”

Chairman Lee said that the testimony of Revelation was given through the previous seminars, but since the Book of Revelation is recorded with parables, there may be difficult contents for a lot of people. Through the parable seminars, which are equivalent to the elementary course of Zion Christian Mission Center, the education center operated by Shincheonji Church, Chairman Lee said the participants will clearly perceive the true meanings of the parables inside the Bible and the content of the Book of Revelation.

Chairman Lee said, “There are elementary, intermediate, and advanced courses (in Zion Christian Mission Center). One must understand the elementary course to understand all of the Bible, so it is a must. This is why this explanation of the parables began.” He noted that the intermediate and advanced courses will also be preached to the whole world. To the pastors in particular, Chairman Lee said, “You should record these lectures and make notes. If there is anything that should be corrected, please let us know. Applaud if they did a good job, and let us be one under God by the truth.”

The online seminars will run through March 28th, Monday and Thursday at 10 AM (KST), for a total of 24 seminars. Instructors of Zion Christian Mission Center will be conducting this seminar series, and it will be broadcast in 24 languages via the church’s official YouTube channel.

The main topics of the seminar will include: Two Kinds of Spirits; Basic Biblical Knowledge; Figurative Seed, Field, Tree, and Bird; Figurative Food and Yeast; Figurative Bowl, Scales, and Staff; Figurative Fire, Censer, Pot; Figurative Light, Lampstand, Blind, Deaf, and Wedding Clothes; Figurative Treasure and Rich; Figurative Stone and Idol — a total of 24 topics.

In pain? Homeless? Dying?

IDC Applauds the Release of Coptic Rights Activist Ramy Kamel from Egyptian Prison

In Defense of Christians (IDC), the nation’s leading advocacy organization for Christians and other religious minorities in the Middle East and Africa, applauds the release of Coptic rights and religious freedom activist Ramy Kamel from Egyptian prison.

Mr. Kamel was taken into custody in November 2019 by Egyptian authorities, just one day prior to traveling to Geneva to speak before the UN Human Rights Council about abuses endured by Egypt’s Coptic Christian community. For over two years, Mr. Kamel was held in Egyptian prison, without trial.

IDC has advocated in the U.S. Congress and U.S. State Department for the application of pressure on the Egyptian government for Mr. Kamel’s release. IDC has worked closely with Senate Human Rights Caucus co-chairs Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) and Senator Chris Coons (D-DE), who sent a letter to the Egyptian government in October 2020 urging for Ramy Kamel’s release.

The Senators urged the Egyptian government to “honor Mr. Kamel’s right to a fair trial or to release him entirely of the charges held against him.” The Senators further expressed their “fear [that] his detention is a result of [his] activism.”

“We applaud the Egyptian government for the release for Ramy Kamel,” said IDC Executive Director Richard Ghazal. “While the Egyptian government of President Sisi, in recent years, has demonstrated incremental progress through constitutional reforms, there is still much more work to be done to afford Coptic Christians equal citizenship in their native homeland,” Ghazal continued.

Gwendolyn Jones’s newly released “God Is Love, Let Love Lead” is a powerful exploration of God’s love and hope for mankind

News Image

“God Is Love, Let Love Lead”: a potent reminder of the importance of valuing and honoring love. “God Is Love, Let Love Lead” is the creation of published author Gwendolyn Jones, a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who retired from a career with state and city governments. Jones holds a BS in religion and a MA in Human Services, Family/Youth Counseling.

Jones shares, “God is Love… ‘Let Love Lead’ is thought-provoking, spiritually enlightening and hopefully encouraging. While written during a time of political chaos and civil unrest, the title could have easily been no love, no justice, no peace. If the opposite of love is hate, then the absence of God can produce the same. In summary, the book embraces the all-encompassing meaning of the phrase ‘God is love.’ God Is Love will never be just another feel-good slogan despite how hearing it makes us feel good. The pages contained within demonstrate how God’s love must be applied to every area of our lives, especially marriage and family, which is the foundation of our existence. God’s love must be extended to our neighbor, coworker, customer, and enemy, which produces the basic concept of who God is. Mark 12:30–31 tells us to ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength, love your neighbor as yourself. There are no commandments greater than these’ (NIV). When we allow God to lead, his love is manifested in everything we do, every conversation, every action, and every reaction. God’s love is never based on skin color, material possessions, money, educational status, job title, physical features, fraternity or sorority, political or professional affiliation, or talent. Hate is so prevalent in the world today; only love (God) can conquer hate.

“A revelation of who God is and who he created humanity to be versus what it has become is crystal clear from the cover to the last chapter. Every human being is born with the capacity to both experience and extend love, but sympathy, concern, hunger for life, lusting, wanting, and needing are emotions that have always been confused with real love, which must begin with God. The ability to love like God loves comes when a spiritual relationship is established with the creator. God’s love is the picture of a Shepherd’s love; it commits, provides for, takes care of, communicates to listen, seeks to understand, and never ends. The Bible assures us that ‘God’s love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things’ (1 Corinthians 13:7 KJV). ‘Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love. In this, the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him’ (1 John 4:7–9 ESV). God is love… Let Love Lead.”

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Gwendolyn Jones’s new book is a thought-provoking discussion with spiritual impact.

Jones provides an encouraging message to stimulate readers’ sense of faith in hopes of bringing them closer to God.

Consumers can purchase “God Is Love, Let Love Lead” at traditional brick & mortar bookstores, or online at Amazon.com, Apple iTunes store, or Barnes and Noble.

The Royal Narrative” is an engaging exploration of traditional culture and Christianity

News Image

“The Gospel and Tradition: The Royal Narrative”: a potent examination of religion and modern culture. “The Gospel and Tradition: The Royal Narrative” is the creation of published author NENE SAKITE II, the current king of Kroboland, Ghana, who attended college in the United States of America and obtained a BA degree in Economics and MA in International Economic Development from Clark University and MBA in financial management.

SAKITE II shares, “This book is deeply rooted in the African cultural realism in which the concept of Mawu or God existed before the arrival of the missionaries from Europe. Krobo culture has always accepted and expressed the presence of the Supreme Creator in all (without exception) aspects of social, occupational, emotional engagements of life. Throughout the book, there are illustrations depicting the essence of God in Krobo traditional religion before the arrival of Christian missionaries from Europe. The only new concept my ancestors acquired from the missionaries was the story of the life and teaching of Christ and the doctrine as the Savior and Mawu (second person in the Trinity) at the same time. Krobo culture eloquently and sincerely found expression in names like Mawulede (God’s wish); Mawulepee (God did it); Mawu le ha nor (it is God who provides); and in sentences expressing hope, as in Mawu nge (God lives), Mawumaalewor (God would care for us), and others all of which existed before the story of the cross.

“The book is the manifestation of what is happening today with the gospel and tradition on the continent with the self-acclaimed preachers of the gospel and how they have misrepresented the whole doctrine of Christianity to acquire wealth rather than preaching salvation to the people of Africa. These ‘preachers’ I refer to as false prophets and mostly blasphemers who have taken undue advantage of the ignorance of the people of Africa wisely because religion is part and parcel of life in the African society.

“This book goes at length to delineate Christian influence on the cultural values in Africa using the Krobo experience and to display cultural traits and interaction with the missionaries. It will also go into Christian tradition and the African tradition, which apparently would lead us into the training of the clergy and show why Christianity is being represented deceptively by ‘false prophets’ in Africa and sometimes at the expense of our tradition.

“There will be a discussion on Krobo culture and the gospel as well as cultural norms that affect Christians the most. A full discussion depicts the world of blasphemy which preachers and people call it Christianity but which I term ‘victims of Christianity.’

“It is very important to admire our traditional saints and show the similarities with the religious saints. And who are the traditional saints anyhow?

“In the end, I conclude with a discussion on poverty, spelling out the tradition that must be reformed to diminish poverty which is portrayed in the book as the enemy of culture and development.

“This book is relevant for contemporary religious and cultural appreciation, what it is to be Christian and African no less than the proper training of the clergy that befits the African society before they are ‘shipped’ to Africa or any other developing country with different cultural orientation for adaptation.”

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, NENE SAKITE II’s new book seeks to offer a clear understanding of the functionality of Christianity within African society.

SAKITE II shares in hopes of bringing awareness to the cultural sensitivities that must be understood in order to aid believers in their pursuit of Christ.

Consumers can purchase “The Gospel and Tradition: The Royal Narrative” at traditional brick & mortar bookstores, or online at Amazon.com, Apple iTunes store, or Barnes and Noble.
