Harvesting Through the Scriptures” is a compelling discussion of God’s plan

News Image

“Notes on the Book of Revelation: Harvesting Through the Scriptures”: an engaging discussion of what to expect during the end times. “Notes on the Book of Revelation: Harvesting Through the Scriptures” is the creation of published author Isiah King Sr., MMin, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who is a Pastor Emeritus.

King shares, “Have you ever experienced competing in a game when it seemed like your opponent was so fierce, so challenging, so strong that you thought that you were going to lose? Or have you ever felt the strength of your opponent that you felt like you were a grasshopper in the eyes of giants? Well, this is what the book of revelation is all about. It’s a book that inspires us as believers to be faith giants and to view our spiritual enemies as grasshoppers in our eyes; with that faith we can conquer and defeat anything that the enemy throws at us.

“The purpose of this prophetic book is to give instructions, commendations, as well as warnings of discipline to the seven Churches of Asia Minor. Even though it was written for them, it will do us well if we truly glean from its spiritual treasures. It is a book of eschatology, a divine plan given by God about the end-times that warns unbelievers about God’s wrath and judgment. Not only does it warn the unsaved about God’s oncoming judgment, but it also gives joy to the faithful, who will be caught up during the Rapture and who will not have to experience or go through the seven-year tribulation period that will take place on earth after the church gets Raptured up to meet Christ in the air.

“It is also a book that encourages believers to stay faithful to Christ until the end of time. Why? Because we win! It is a book that prepares and reminds those who accept Christ during the tribulation period that despite the Antichrist’s demonic attacks, we will triumph with Christ in the end. Even though this book is full of symbolism and various interpretations, God’s divine plan will be revealed by way of the Holy Spirit. This is what the word revelation means. It means to uncover or to unveil. Therefore, if there is ever a time that you thought that you were going to lose this Christian battle, be of good cheer. We win! Again, I say, as you face the trials and tribulations of the devil, be of good courage. You are on the right team!”

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Isiah King Sr., MMin’s new book will challenge and encourage students of the Bible.

King offers a straightforward approach for ease of understanding and encouragement of those seeking a deeper understanding of God’s word.

Never Invite the Enemy” is an engaging tale of temptation and God’s plan

News Image

“NITE: Never Invite the Enemy”: a potent reminder of the dangers of worldly influences. “NITE: Never Invite the Enemy” is the creation of published author Ellen Grant, who earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree and has been immersed in therapy for the past twenty-eight years.

Grant shares, “Children inherit more than eye color, hair color, and height. A parent’s secret can give rise to a child’s burden. Although a child may become a socially adaptable adult with a family and a six-figure salary, this does not necessarily guarantee everything is all right on the inside. Secrets that are an invitation to dysfunction, mistrust, and, worst of all, rebellion can trail into painful generational bonds. The heart, functioning to sustain and overcome pain, serves as God’s instrument to channel his love to us so we can love ourselves and others.

“When the invitation is extended to sin, decline the offer; do not click maybe or regrets. An invitation does not mean acceptance. Here is your way out. Right now. This second, choose life and blessings so that you and your seed will live, not merely the simple life but an abundant life of overflowing love, joy, peace, and prosperity which Jesus sacrificed and died for you to embrace.

“Never invite the enemy. The enemy’s plan has always been to steal, kill, and destroy, not only you but also your children and their children. The enemy is anyone and anything—whether disguised in makeup, money, or muscles—that distract you from God’s perfect plan for your life.

“The love of the flesh and undisciplined desires can exceed in intensity while the love for God diminishes. An extra slice of cake, an extra dose of meds, or an extra marital affair does not matter—the flesh wants to be fed. The effects linger beyond midnight and morning and will manifest for generations. God is relying on you to stop the cycle of imbalance in your family.”

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Ellen Grant’s new book tackles temptation, sin, and generational curses.

Grant offers an engaging narrative with spiritual themes that will challenge and inspire.

Monique A. Frye’s newly released “Thank You, God” is a charming opportunity for young readers to begin to understand how to connect with God

News Image

“Thank You, God”: a thoughtful opportunity to open conversations with young readers. “Thank You, God” is the creation of published author Monique A. Frye, a loving mother of five who grew up in a military family and enjoyed the opportunity of meeting new people as they traveled to various stations. Frye graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics.

Frye shares, “I started writing this book when my children were very young. They would get ready for bed, and when I went in to tuck them in, we would pray together about the day, family, and friends. This was just something we would do at the end of the day to spend extra time together, then a kiss and usually an ‘I love you’ and ‘Sleep sweet.’ For me, it always made me feel happy and hopefully send them to sleep with good thoughts. As my kids grew up, I found out not many people knew how to start a prayer or know what to pray about. I am hopeful that this book will help start a prayer and maybe a conversation or at least something to think about. The title seemed fitting since most the book is about being thankful for learning, living, and loving and having a conversation with God. Hey God, Lets talk…”

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Monique A. Frye’s new book will delight and encourage both adults and children alike.

Consumers can purchase “Thank You, God” at traditional brick & mortar bookstores, or online at Amazon.com, Apple iTunes store, or Barnes and Noble.

Author, Margaret Mary O’Connor, Reveals Skeletons in the Closets of Women in the Priesthood of the Catholic Church

Scandal in the Shadows reveals the truth of women priests’ history, O’Connor unfolds the truth like never before. The reader’s life, and perception, will be shifted forever. Their journey in the Catholic Church will have just begun.

Author and Eucharistic Minister at Our Lady of Charity Parish, Margaret Mary O’Connor, nods in agreement when podcast hosts ask her if she is the “modern day David ready to slay Goliath,” with her newly released book, Scandal in the Shadows, The Original Priest, Mother Mary (ISBN-13: 978-1733652308).

Quiet and humble by nature, the author has made it her mission to reveal the truth of Your Catholic Church. After years of research, Ms. O’Connor has painstakingly chronicled the oppression of women priests, dating back centuries.

“Do you consider yourself to be the modern-day David?” asks hosts near and far.

Without hesitation, in a tone that would be approved in any church setting, O’Connor smiles and says, “Absolutely!”

In what may very well be the most in-depth look at the history of women priest, the author has uncovered secrets which were conveniently buried away in hopes they would never see the light of day.

“I’ve been passionate about raising awareness about the true position of women priests within our Catholic Church. It took years to complete the research, but now, there is no turning our backs on the truth and women’s rightful place in the church,” O’Connor comments.

Scandal in the Shadows truly helps you navigate through the Church’s tangled centuries old web of deception. This is only a small snapshot of what is uncovered in Scandal in the Shadows, The Original Priest, Mother Mary. With the truth of women priests’ history, O’Connor unfolds the truth like never before. The reader’s life, and perception, will be shifted forever. Their journey in the Catholic Church will have just begun.

About the book

To some, Church history might sound dry or even boring. With Scandal in the Shadows, The Original Priest, Mother Mary, you will never view Church history as boring… ever again.

Most people have preconceived thoughts of women becoming priests. Whatever beliefs you may have, you will soon realize things are not at all the way they appear to be. The very shadow of women priest’s actual history is truly like a phantom from the shadows, residing within the graveyard of Papal records. Its’ very voice having been lost for centuries, is now but a whisper wanting to be heard for today’s Catholics.

Readers will discover skeletons in the closets of our Church’s past history. They will also uncover threads of early Church History, which very well might hold the answer to helping begin to solve our current priest shortage in the Catholic Church today.

Most Catholics have never heard of Mary Mother of God and the Priesthood. Scandal in the Shadows not only reveals this deeply hidden secret, but for the reader’s, they will also learn about Mary attired in a chasuble and stole.

Scandal in the Shadows is available on Amazon. ISBN-13: 978-1733652308

About Margaret Mary O’Connor

Margaret Mary O’Connor holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University at Buffalo (NY), and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from Christ the King Seminary in East Aurora, NY. She is a former Chaplain and is currently a Eucharistic Minister at Our Lady of Charity Parish where, ironically, the Church windows depict the Vatican II Council. One window represents the “Pastoral Constitution on the Church in the Modern World,” which includes an article that speaks directly to ending sexual discrimination of all kinds in our Church.

O’Connor literally “walks the walk” on picket lines to help keep this issue of Women’s Ordination in the forefront of Catholics’ minds. She also pickets for Church accountability on the priest sexual-abuse issue. As a fellow member of the Laity, herself, she believes any Catholic, deserves at minimal at least the truth from Rome, as opposed to the continual outright deception they are receiving. She also is a member of Call to Action, Future Church, Roman Catholic Women Priests, the Women’s Ordination Conference, the Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests (SNAP), Preservation Buffalo Niagara and Western New York Land Conservancy and Buffalo Central Terminal.

O’Connor’s other work is, Journey of a Celiac’s Soul: A second chance at Life, is equally jaw dropping and controversial. Journey of a Celiac’s Soul is meant to act as a vehicle for encompassing the present changing realities within the Catholic Church. From the Priest Shortage, the new Communion Service, whether Priests should be allowed to Marry, or allowing for Women’s Ordination, all comprise the new reality of your faith life. The passengers on this vehicle include Catholics world-wide as well as individuals of all faiths.
