“Marriage ~ As God Intended It to Be!: Reversing the Trends of Today’s Society”: an astute spiritual narrative of insights on marriage and how to preserve its sanctity for the glory of God and the building of a blessed Christian household. “Marriage ~ As God Intended It to Be!: Reversing the Trends of Today’s Society” is the creation of published author, Dr. J. E. Samson, a preacher, veterinary surgeon, university lecturer, research scientist, and pharmaceutical company executive.

Dr. Samson shares, “For young couples and singles who aspire to enter the institution of marriage, and for couples who are currently married, separated, divorced, or widowed—it is important to know that it is possible to enjoy a lifelong, divorce-free marriage. For this to happen, an individual must understand the following concepts:

“1. Marriage is not man’s invention; marriage is God’s idea.

2. The inventor of marriage (God) has provided a complete ‘manual’ (the Bible) for marriage.

3. For marriage to be at its best, a married couple must read, understand, embrace, and apply the concepts outlined in the Bible.

4. The ultimate purpose of marriage is to demonstrate God’s glory in the world.

5. The God of the Bible is a God of second chances who understands our failures, freely offers His forgiveness for our failures through Jesus Christ, and gives us the opportunity to have a fresh start at life regardless of where we may be in life’s journey.

“This book was written to provide guidance directly from the marriage inventor’s perspective to everyone who aspires to be married or is currently married and offers hope to couples who are separated, divorced, or widowed. It provides clear biblical instruction and guidance in a comprehensive, yet easy-to-read, study of all major aspects of marriage.

“The author, Dr. J. E. Samson, has spent several years teaching marriage classes and, together with his wife, leading marriage seminars and workshops at the local churches with which he has been associated. This book is a product of the study materials used in those classes, seminars, and workshops and perfect for use in Sunday school classes, workshops, individual study, or simply as a handy reference for personal study.

“At a time when at least half of all marriages end in divorce, Marriage ~ As God Intended It to Be! offers a beacon for singles or couples seeking practical, biblical advice on how to have a lasting marriage.”

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Dr. J. E. Samson’s new book is a timely, thought-provoking compendium that hopes to enlighten modern-day readers of the sanctity of marriage in exemplifying God’s encompassing love to all.

Mineralgia Pain Relief Cream

Mineralgia Pain Relief Cream

The global #selfcare movement is causing the wellness and beauty industries to merge as consumers embrace the practice of mindful consumption. Wellness also includes the environment, with the market demanding ethical products that are vegan, sustainable, organic, and clean.

Mineralgia, the innovative, new, natural Dead Sea mineral and plant-based healing aid which launched earlier this year, has announced it will be exhibiting at Indie Beauty Expo (IBE), the largest professionally-curated exposition of independent beauty brands in the world. Mineralgia is formulated with essential oils and concentrated healing minerals from the Dead Sea. The effective, non-CBD formula was developed by Los Angeles chiropractor Dr. Brigitte Rozenberg for the patients of her wellness practice, with the goal of providing safe, everyday relief from acute and chronic pain in order to facilitate whole-body healing

“Exhibiting a pain relief cream at a beauty expo makes perfect sense,” said Dr. Rozenberg. “For one thing, it is hard to be beautiful when you are in pain. More importantly, the global #selfcare movement is causing the wellness and beauty industries to merge as consumers embrace the practice of mindful consumption. Wellness also includes the environment, with the market demanding ethical products that are vegan, sustainable, organic, and clean. We are delighted to be exhibiting at IBE with so many other innovative brands whose core value is to facilitate head-to-toe wellness.”

Mineralgia provides immediate and long-lasting relief from back and joint pain, sprains, arthritis, sore muscles, minor injuries and overexertion. The emollient formula relieves pain with Camphor and Menthol; heals with pure, concentrated minerals from the Dead Sea, including Dead Sea Salts and Magnesium; soothes, calms and moisturizes with plant essential oils, including: Aloe Vera, Arnica Montana, Avocado, Chamomile, Eucalyptus, Evening Primrose, Hemp Seed, Kiwi, Lemongrass, Lavender, Mandarin, and Olive.

“When formulating Mineralgia, I had a long list of attributes it had to contain and benefits it needed to provide. First was its efficacy in terms of relieving pain. It had to be vegan, plant-and mineral-based, paraben and gluten-free,” continued Rozenberg. “Just as importantly, I wanted the experience of using this product to be as luxurious as that of a high-end body lotion. It is light, non-greasy, and moisturizing. While the camphor and menthol have a light medicinal, smell, it fades quickly, as it soothes, calms, heals, and relaxes muscles.”

Now in its fifth year, IBE will be held in NYC at Pier 94, August 21-22, 2019. Mineralgia will be in booth I-506.

John Schneider’s Five Year Divorce Battle is Finally Over

[ad_1]

https://www.prweb.com/

September 11, 2019: John Schneider signs off on divorce at the Livingston Parish District Courthouse.

I am pleased to announce that after nearly 5 years, this bitter and unnecessary battle is finally really over.

Actor and country music chart-topper John Schneider’s 5 year divorce battle is finally over. Earlier today, a Louisiana judge took jurisdiction over the unresolved California case that had yet to be signed, even though it was reported in August that the divorce had been granted with awarded property and alimony. The Louisiana judge granted, signed and filed the divorce this morning at the Livingston Parish District Courthouse (Case number 162513, 21st Judicial District Court) near Schneider’s home and studio complex in Holden, Louisiana.

“I am pleased to announce that after nearly 5 years, this bitter and unnecessary battle is finally really over,” says Schneider. “So proud to call Louisiana my home!”

Schneider wed longtime girlfriend and movie producer Alicia Allain in July, in a private ceremony held inside a converted barn at John Schneider Studios. Exclusive wedding coverage was granted to PEOPLE.com and Inside Edition. The couple decided to move forward with their nuptials after discussions with their pastor, despite the fact that Schneider remained embattled in the ongoing divorce first filed in 2014. The newlyweds exchanged their vows “before God” and intend to make their marriage legal now that the California legal system has allowed for the divorce to be finalized.

Schneider is currently touring in support of the southern rock inspired Redneck Rebel released earlier this year, and the inspirational album, Recycling Grace, will be available everywhere on September 15th. Schneider is also in post-production on his upcoming holiday film, Christmas Cars, which he wrote, directed and stars in.

ABOUT JOHN SCHNEIDER: John Schneider’s extensive acting career includes the iconic roles of “Bo Duke” on The Dukes of Hazzard, “Jonathan Kent” on Smallville and “Jim Cryer” on his current OWN series, Tyler Perry’s The Haves and the Have Nots — the #1 primetime series on cable on Tuesday nights. Add in countless films and guest appearances, and a recent stint on Dancing with the Stars, and it’s no wonder that Schneider is an American icon. Schneider is also a celebrated country music artist with 4 #1 singles on the Billboard Country chart. Schneider co-founded the Children’s Miracle Network in 1983. To date, they have raised more than $7 billion dollars (with over $409 million in 2018 alone) for medical research and community  awareness of children’s health issues, which is distributed directly to a network of 170 children’s hospitals.

Ownership of Yankee Publishing to Transfer to Employees

[ad_1]

Yankee Publishing Inc., a family-owned business for 84 years, announced the sale of 30% of its shares to the company’s employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan or ESOP.

The company, with 85 employees based in offices in Dublin and Manchester, New Hampshire, publishes Yankee, The Old Farmer’s Almanac, New Hampshire Magazine, Family Tree Magazine, and other publications and websites.

The third- and fourth-generation shareholders of Yankee Publishing wanted a plan that would provide the opportunity for shareholders to sell their shares while preserving the independence of the company.

“If we had sold the assets of the company to different buyers, it would have been very disruptive,” said Jamie Trowbridge, President and CEO. “The family members would not accept a solution that resulted in the business being broken up and our employees losing their jobs.”

The ESOP was the best solution, Trowbridge said, because the ownership of the company will be gradually transferred to employees. The family members plan to sell all of the company’s stock to the ESOP over time. No change in management or operations will be caused by the sale.

An ESOP is a company-sponsored retirement plan governed by the same IRS regulations that pertain to 401(k) or 403(b) retirement plans. Employees earn shares in the ESOP over time and are paid for them after they retire or leave the company. Employees do not pay for the shares. The company pays for the shares out of its profits.

“We’re very excited to announce that Yankee Publishing is an employee owned company,” said Trowbridge. “Our employees have always been very dedicated, and they are essential to our success, now and in the future.”

RapidVisa Releases Comprehensive Immigration Report Examining U.S. K-1 Fiancé Visa Application Statistics and Trends

[ad_1]

https://www.prweb.com/

Nonimmigrant Visa Admissions by Type, 2017

RapidVisa, the industry pioneer and most trusted online U.S. immigrant visa processing service, released a report today examining the trends of K-1 fiancé visa applications, including statistics regarding the destinations, occupations and demographics of applicants and sponsors. Researchers studied multiple datasets from a sample of RapidVisa’s proprietary database of more than 50,000 successful customers and compared it with statistics provided by the U.S. government. The findings shed light for the first-time-ever on a frequently misunderstood and poorly reported topic.

The rise in online dating and dating apps have increased the ability for singles to find love anywhere in the world, which has been widely showcased in mainstream media in recent years. RapidVisa has assisted with sourcing cast members for TLC’s hit reality television series, 90 Day Fiancé, which has given U.S. households a unique insider’s look into international dating and the K-1 visa application journey. An important bridge to immigration for fiancés of U.S. citizens, the K-1 gives couples a 90-day window to get married and file the necessary paperwork to adjust their status to permanent citizenship.

The RapidVisa report presents several key findings, like:

  • Annual K-1 visa entries into the U.S. are lower than the average daily attendance at a New York Yankees baseball game (39,400)
  • Filipinos make up a large and growing portion of K-1 visa entrants
  • The U.S. has seen significant declines in K-1 visa applicants from China, Russia and Ukraine
  • Significant increases in K-1 visas are from Brazil, Haiti and the Dominican Republic
  • The United Kingdom and Canada remain two of the top native English-speaking countries with the most K-1 approvals.
  • Most K-1 entrants go to populous coastal U.S. states like California, Florida, New York and Texas, however Washington, D.C., Alaska and Hawaii receive the most K-1 entrants per capita
  • States of Washington, Nevada, and Massachusetts also saw relatively high proportions of K-1 recipients in 2017
  • Average K-1 sponsors are white males in their early 40’s
  • Average K-1 applicants are women in their late 20’s
  • Median K-1 sponsors income levels are approximately $45,000 per year, nearly 15,000 less than the United States median income of $60,000 (rounded up). However, extremely high-income individuals make up a significant portion of K-1 sponsors—13 percent of sponsors make more than $100,000 per year.
  • In line with the Trump Presidency’s stance on immigration, denials of K-1 applicants slightly increased, approvals have slightly decreased, and pending cases have skyrocketed.

The full report can be viewed here: https://rapidvisa.com/k1-visa-report/

“With all of the misinformation and stereotypes regarding a broad topic like immigration and K-1 visas, it is important to present clear and accurate facts,” said RapidVisa founder and CEO, Ben Ives. “Having processed more than 50,000 green card and visa applications over a decade, we have assisted everyone from infants to seniors over 80 years old, who’ve overcome so many obstacles to be with their loved ones in the U.S. It is with great pride that our core focus is family reunification.”

RapidVisa offers a variety of non-lawyer immigration services for U.S. visa processing including the K-1 Fiancé Visa, CR1/IR1 Spousal Visa, IR2 Child Visa, IR5 Parent Visa, B1/B2 Tourist Visa, Adjustment of Status (Green Card), Removal of Conditions (Green Card), Renew or Replace Green Card and Naturalization (Citizenship).

About RapidVisa:

RapidVisa is an online-based service that streamlines the U.S. immigration process with technology and full-support. For over a decade, the company has provided low cost, full-service non-lawyer immigration solutions to more than 50,000 customers.
