Baker & Zimmerman, a leading personal injury law firm in South Florida, has rebranded itself Zimmerman & Frachtman. The new name reflects the firm’s continued leadership under Founding Partner Bob Zimmerman and an elevated role for Partner Joshua Frachtman.

Since co-founding the firm 25 years ago, Zimmerman has expanded it into a dozen offices throughout South Florida that have delivered more than $440 million in settlements and verdicts for its clients.

Kena Hollingsworth of Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC (“HZ”), together with Jeffrey D. Roberts and William P. Means of Roberts Means, LLC (“RM”) proudly announce the merger of the two Carmel-based law firms to form the full-service litigation and family law firm, HOLLINGSWORTH ROBERTS MEANS, LLC (“HRM”).

Earlier this summer, HZ announced that co-founder Hollingsworth had reached an agreement to purchase sole ownership of the divorce & family law firm she opened 15 years ago. Blessed with numerous options, and after careful contemplation of the next chapter for herself and her loyal HZ colleagues, the ultimate decision to merge with RM was an easy one for Hollingsworth.
