CareAcademy, the home care industry’s first mobile-friendly caregiver training platform, announced today their partnership and integration with home care software provider AlayaCare.
AlayaCare is an end-to-end home care software solution, spanning clinical documentation, back office functionality, client and family portals, remote patient monitoring, and mobile caregiver functionality. In the rapidly evolving landscape of healthcare, insights from data collected through home care visits and virtual visits will help optimize delivery of care.
“We are committed to providing home care providers the tools to deliver high quality care to clients,” said Adrian Schauer, CEO and Founder, AlayaCare. “Our partnership with CareAcademy helps to ensure we are providing more options for the best training possible for our customers, which ultimately results in enhanced quality of care and better outcomes.”
CareAcademy serves as a training platform to deliver interpersonal and technical skills training for caregivers who provide in-home care. CareAcademy’s mobile platform delivers state-approved, video-based classes that promote active learning and cultivates skilled and trustworthy caregivers, contributing to better client outcomes.
“Home care is a growing segment along the continuum of care, and in the wake of the value-based care model, everyone is placing a larger emphasis on outcomes. We’re thrilled to be partnering with AlayaCare to help home care providers deliver better experiences for both caregivers and clients through innovative technology,” said Helen Adeosun, CEO, CareAcademy.
This partnership highlights CareAcademy and AlayaCare’s mission to equip home care providers with technology to move towards home care of the future and deliver better client outcomes. The integration between the software providers is already active. Notably, Arosa+LivHOME, a Bain Double Impact portfolio company, and mutual customer of CareAcademy and AlayaCare, has already begun using the integration.
“Both CareAcademy and AlayaCare are integral to our day-to-day operations. This integration will provide our care professionals with mobile access to state-required content and on-demand education for situations they encounter on a daily basis. We are excited about the opportunity to seamlessly develop our team’s skill set while also proactively managing our clients’ changing needs,” said Ari Medoff, CEO, Arosa+LivHOME.
