Trent is currently serving as chief operating officer, responsible for major strategic initiatives and day-to-day management. Prior to his roles at Builders Capital, Trent served as division president for Richmond American Homes, from 2011 to 2013, following the sale of his business, SDC Homes, to Richmond in 2011.
Altig will continue to be actively involved in the Company’s business on a full-time basis, with a particular focus on developing additional markets and products, and identifying strategic partnership opportunities, as the Company continues its national expansion strategy. Altig will also continue in his role as a key member of the Company’s loan committee.
