Beachwood Water Tower Building Purchased by Physicians to Expand Local Medical Offerings, Will Serve As The Home Of Cleveland Primecare’s Esthetic Business

BEACHWOOD, Ohio (PRWEB)

Water Tower Plaza, LLC announced the purchase of the Water Tower Building in Beachwood, OH. The three-story office building is located at 25200 Chagrin Boulevard and has nearly 30,000 square feet of office space with tenants in the medical, legal, wealth management and real estate sectors. The building also serves as the home of Cleveland Primecare’s esthetic business.

Physicians Miodrag Zivic, MD, President and CEO of Cleveland Primecare and Eric Wolk, DC, owner and founder of Great Lakes Physical Medicine, led the purchase. Chris Grimaldi, founder and owner of Grimaldi Property Management, served as a third partner in the transaction.

“The building’s layout and prime location lends itself to strong retail and service related tenants,” says Zivic. “We look forward to the grand opening of our esthetic business while incorporating our brand within all of our business units.”

Future construction plans for the building include a renovated primary care physician clinic, physical medicine rehab and performance center, and additional adjunct medical services including a phlebotomy lab, and a psychiatric clinic. We are also pleased to offer a high-end MedSpa offering clients services such as non-surgical facelifts, Botox, skin rejuvenation and anti-aging treatments, dermal fillers, and massage therapy.
