USOSM leaves the clinical decisions to its partner practices, so none of our services or expertise will change following the partnership.

U.S. Oral Surgery Management (USOSM) – a specialty management services company headquartered in Irving, Texas, that exclusively serves premier oral and maxillofacial surgeons – is pleased to announce a new partnership with South Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice with three locations in the Atlanta area. It is USOSM’s second partnership in Georgia. USOSM President and CEO Richard Hall says the company is proud to continue moving forward in this important market, having just announced its first Georgia partnership with Oral and Facial Surgery Associates on Aug. 14.

“This is our second partnership in this market and we’re honored to announce that it is with South Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, a practice with a well-earned reputation for excellence and patient satisfaction,” says Hall. “We look forward to continuing this momentum, seeking additional partnerships in this area, and in other strategic areas throughout the country.”

South Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery has four oral and maxillofacial surgeons and three locations, serving patients in the greater Atlanta area. Locations include: 182-A Jefferson Parkway in Newnan; 600 West Lanier Suite 201 in Fayetteville; and 406 Stevens Entry in Peachtree City. The doctors of South Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and face. They practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures, with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. They offer techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. In addition, the doctors diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and fractures.

“USOSM leaves the clinical decisions to its partner practices, so none of our services or expertise will change following the partnership,” says South Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery’s Vincent J. Perciaccante, DDS, FACS. “USOSM takes care of things like accounting, marketing, and other support services, freeing us up to do what we do best: caring for our patients. Working with USOSM will enable us to keep providing our patients with the dedicated care they know to expect from us, and we’re excited about that.”

Since its inception in late 2017, USOSM has formed partnerships with 15 practices across three states: Texas, Colorado and Georgia. Collectively, they represent 62 oral/maxillofacial surgeons and 44 locations.

A shared services organization, USOSM collaborates with premier oral and maxillofacial surgeons to offer a partnership solution for continued and accelerated practice success. USOSM provides operational, marketing and administrative support services, reinvests resources, and applies best practices to improve clinical and financial performance and produce steadier, more profitable growth for all.
